Scope of Work:
1.Architectural 2D Plan: Complete 2D layout of the building
2.Structural Drawings: Detailing drawings of all Structural members like Footings, Columns, Beams, Slabs, and Staircase. Design is based on Indian Standards considering the Dead Load, Live Load, Wind Load and Earthquake Load
3.Working Drawings: Architectural, Electrical, and Plumbing working drawings
4.Front 3D Elevation of Building: 3D visualization of the front elevation of Building
5.Site Visits: Site visits for quality check and supervision [ Total no of floors +1 ]
Payment Release Schedule:
1. 25% Advance Payment
2. 25% After Finalizing Architectural Drawings
3. 25% Before the release of Structural Drawings
4. 25% Before the construction of First Slab
Note:
1. 5% discount on total payment if paid in a single installment.
2. If services taken seperately the cost will vary based on the type of service opted.

Course Overview:
This course provides comprehensive training in building analysis and design using key software tools. Participants will gain intermediate proficiency in creating architectural and structural drawings, performing structural analysis and design, and visualizing designs in 3D. The course culminates in a practical live project.
1. Architectural Planning and Structural Detailing Using CAD Software
Objective: Master the creation of architectural plans and structural drawings.
CAD Software:
a) Architectural Drawing: Creating detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections.
b) Working Drawing: Creating working drawings used during construction of the building
c) Structural Detailing: Drafting structural elements such as beams, columns, slabs, staircase, Foundation and retaining walls.
d) Incorporating Vaastu Principles: Applying Vaastu guidelines to architectural designs.
2. Structural Analysis and Design Using ETABS
Objective: Analysis and design of multi-storied building.
ETABS:
a)Modeling: Creating building model.
b) Load Analysis: Evaluating dead, live, wind, and earthquake loads.
c) Design and Analysis: Analyzing structural performance and designing elements based on analysis results.
d) IS Codes Integration: Applying relevant Indian Standards (IS) codes and manual checks.
3. Sub-Structure Analysis and Design Using SAFE
Objective: Analysis and design of building sub-structure.
SAFE:
a) Modeling Footings: Designing and analyzing various types of footings.
b) Load Considerations: Applying loads to footing design.
c) IS Codes Integration Applying relevant Indian Standards (IS) codes and manual checks.
4. 3D Building Visualization Using SketchUp with V-Ray
Objective: Create realistic 3D visualizations of building design.
SketchUp and V-Ray:
a) Creating 3D Elevations: Modeling building elevations.
b) Rendering: Producing high-quality visualizations and renderings.
5. Live Project
Objective: Apply skills in a practical project setting.
a) Project Brief: Details of a real-world building design project.
b) Software Integration: CAD, ETABS, SAFE, and SketchUp with V-Ray.
c) Hands-On Application: Design, analyze, and visualize a building project.
